Thank you for visiting Nederland Homes
and Boulder Mountain Realty. I have been providing quality
real estate services in Nederland,
Colorado with CENTURY 21 Peak Performance Group since January
of 1999. Recently, I have started my own company, Boulder-Mountain
Realty, with Metro Brokers, and look forward to continuing
the personal service and successful results my clients
have come to know.
I have been recognized by the National
office of CENTURY 21 with the Centurion award. This award
was given to me in recognition of my high level of performance
in real estate and real estate sales within the CENTURY
21 system. It pleases me to be recognized by CENTURY 21
for my work. However, more importantly, my clients have
provided me with positive feedback. This is reflected in
the fact that they refer me to their friends and they return
to me for future Nederland real estate transactions.
I graduated from the University of California,
Berkeley in 1990 with a major in Economics and a minor
in Middle Eastern Studies. I also attended the University
of Colorado and received a degree in Elementary Education.
I studied in Jerusalem and have visited many countries,
including: Israel, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Kenya,
Tanzania, India, Nepal, Thailand, much of Europe, Central
America, Ecuador and the Galapagos.
I moved to Nederland, Colorado in June
of 1990 and am strongly committed to the Nederland community.
I
have been a volunteer member of the Nederland Fire Protection
District since 1992 and was a Lieutenant in charge of personnel.
I have utilized my knowledge of elementary education and
fire protection issues to teach fire safety classes to
elementary aged students. I also spent several years working
as a substitute teacher in the mountain schools in and
around Nederland and directed summer camps in Nederland
and Gilpin County.
I greatly enjoy both working and playing
in the Colorado Rockies. I am an avid alpine and telemark
skier. I am also big baseball fan; I played on a team in
a 30 and over league, I coached baseball at Boulder High
School and I am a season ticket holder for the Colorado
Rockies. I enjoy living in the mountains outside of Boulder
and have chosen to make this area my lifelong home. Nederland
is a small mountain community with great access to the
outdoors of Colorado, yet it is only a short drive to the
metropolitan and cultural activities offered in Boulder
and Denver.
